Buying water in Bulk

If we are having problems with water at the workplace, whats the best way to get clean drinking water in bulk?

We need like around 5000 liters per day.

Do we contact the council, or are there private companies that deliver?

Anyone knows whats a good price to pay for 5000 liters of water delivered?
