I would suggest staying away from them, on person experience with support. Sent a termination notice on the 1st and they claim termination will only happen 2 months for now, despite this on their site.

Month to Month, No Contracts

All services are provided on a month to month bases, with no contracts. You can sign up and cancel at anytime with zero commitments.

I'm unable to login to their client area, to reconcile a billing dispute I have with them. Calls go unanswered. It's just been a complete mess for me.
