Anyone with this company?
I took up their Rain offer

Their support is very poor as well as their accounts dept.
Open tickets take ages to get a reply
Contact number is a cellphone which is often switched off.

Methinks it’s a one man show.

May have to cancel and find another sim only provider elsewhere.

According to their website, they charge you R599 for the router and the contract is R599 pm opposed to Webafrica's R199 once off for "sim and delivery" and R549 pm...

I have the Webafrica version. I'm happy. Got it within a week from order. Not sure how sim only works though.

Their opening offer was b618 for R999 with free delivery and R499 pm for the 55+55 gb package.
