It is more than good enough on its own, price is a hurdle that keeps adoption low and less developers bothered porting games, but many game titles are coming with steam so your opinion is moot.

I can attest to the validity of that ad, just recently I used my Windows PC to play Final Fantasy 13, Star Ocean 4, Tales of Vesperia and Eternal Sonata. I can only recommend the PC platform to play "all games" because PCs play everything.
To look at it another way, PCs are more popular for businessmen but those very PCs feature Intel GMA graphics, which means you can't play >90% of the PC Windows games on any of them. So yes, a PC is a nice TOY but most work PCs don't play games.

Exactly. If you want to get WORK done.. you use a Mac, no faffing about.
In business, PCs are used for work but as pointed out already, they are either unable to play most of these modern games (no dedicated GPU) or their 3D capabilities are not utilised for work. Games are just fun and entertainment and a console will allow you to play a wider variety of games than a PC. Honestly, the argument that the PC is a divine gift for gamers needs to be qualified - it is a godsend for FPS gamers. Even in that category you can buy most FPS for console and with new motion controllers for the PS3 (and the Wii) you can get a better experience than sitting behind a keyboard, mouse and a tiny screen with a huge box with neon lights and LEDs next to you with some stupid alien face design on the box.
Secondly, most gamers just buy the latest hardware, as if going online and clicking a few buttons was rocket science. This mobo with that CPU with that memory with that GPU with that PSU and that chassis = one big a-ss machine! Now I can put it in my sig and then feel bad when someone plonks in a better GPU or a better monitor. It's like these people who buy cars and only use engine size - oh wow 2.4l turbo injected compressor etc - ha, I have a 3l - and I have a V8! Who really cares.

Because the joke is stupid. It would be funny if it were true, but it isn't, that's why. It's just not funny.

Peter, for you it's a stupid joke, i liked. I think this way, do you think that this prank will disappear if you`re getting mad? No, always will be another guy with imagination who will make stuff like this.
So, my advice to you, take the bait as a joke and laugh, the rest doesn't matter.
