Bypassing restrictions for printing PDF docs

I've never had this before - some tosser has added some security thing for a few pdf's i have.

"Sorry, printing this document is not allowed
Reason:the security permission in this document prohitbits printing"

How do i bypass this?

Using foxit.

I dont have any security restriction on my win2k.

try getting a pdf editor like the one from foxit's website and create a new pdf ( copy & past )
