hamachi is a (vpn) virtual private network program that allows lan over internet.download it @ www.hamachi.cc it's like 600kbs or something.u will just have 2 find out what is the c&c3 server name and password.

Na it is not a mission it is a pretty user friendly program and very handy.

So you say there are servers based in SA but i need the vpn to make use of it right?

There is not offical c&c3 servers in sa well not any i know of anyway:(

Hamachi gives you LAN over the Internet.

Virtually any application that works over local/home networks can also be used over Hamachi networks.
This means u can host your own game C&c3 in the same way u will at a lan Party.or any other game for that matter.

what it is?
LogMeIn Hamachi is a zero-configuration virtual private networking (VPN) application.

In other words Hamachi is a program that allows you to arrange multiple computers into their own secure network just as if they were connected by a physical network cable.

Hamachi is fast, secure and simple. Its core version is also free.
