C&C3 Kane Edition GDI end video prob

Hi there,

As the title states im having a problem with C&C3.

For some reason the end video of the GDI campaign always plays the sequence as though I have used the Tiberium Bomb. Then the General guy tells me Im a big disappointment to my mother and him and the other guy who authorised the bomb praises me and says Im a hero. But millions die

Anyway I have applied the patch from NAG disk (1.03). (my internet has dropped btw, Telkom trying to fix hopefully)
Still same vid.

Tried reloading different saves in the mission and tried different ways to destroy the alien building without Tib Bomb. Same result.

Tried launching the tib bomb on remainder of NOD forces and destroy alien building with soldiers and tanks and aircraft etc. Same result.

Tried destroying alien building with Ion Cannon but still same result.

Destroyed alien building with Tib Bomb for good measure. Same result.

Im really not keen to restart the whole mission for fear it may end up with the same result. It is the last mission afterall and takes quite a while. I realy want to see the other video man!!! so anyone with suggestions please help.

I tried finding the video in the directory but they don't make games like they used to.

Try reinstalling the game that should fix the problem.

Wouldn't the patch have rechecked all reg and directories?, but ok will do this afternoon and let you know

There is also a 1.04 patch available.

Uninstalled and re-installed. Problem still there

Looks like Im going to have to try redo the mission and see what happens. Would try the 1.04 patch but currently my DSL is slower than a 56k for some reason. They just fixed it today, was fine for about 20minutes and now its almost useless lol

This seems like a really weird problem. Have you looked at any support forums if anyone else has experience a similar issue.

I have to say having seen both vids that unless you want to try something different in playing that last mission again, its not worth the effort.

outta curiosity... is it original? & something on a completely unrelated thing (soz ) but does anyone know how to unlimit the frames in this game? app they are limited to 30fps...

Yes it the Kane Edition. And I tried playing online tonight but Telkom sux soooooooooooooooooo bad !!!!!

It seems we in SA can only play against local people. If I join another game it lags too much
