"Singapore - Theophilus Chin is the absolute master of “What if?”. An accomplished digital draughtsman who calls himself an automotive manipulator, he raises rendering to an art form.
He imagines models that don't exist (or not yet, anyway) and then draws them as he imagines they would look if designed by the stylists responsible for existing models from that brand.
His website is a marvellous mix of the could-have-been and the should-have-been, in stunningly realistic detail.
In this case, he says, he's read somewhere that Mercedes-Benz is preparing a four-door version of the recently announced C-Class coupé to compete with the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé and the Audi A5 Sportback - and this, in his view, is what it should look like. Are you listening in Stuttgart?"
