Do you guys start work as early as 10am with a 2 hour surf-break after a 1 hour lunch break?
Only if the surf is good. Otherwise we just hang round the office, smoking reefer and gaming. We try get in at least an hours actual work a day.
But in all honesty, we do offer flexi time and as long as you get your work done, we don't watch the clock too much.
