Guys, we have a C#/ASP developer position open. ampath vacancies

We basically need someone who has at least 1 year development experience and is willing to learn.

We tend to do a project in whatever suits it best, so you may be exposed to Java, C#, PHP, Cache etc.
And since I will have to work with you, you better be willing to learn.

Salary is obviously negotiable based on your experience, and from experience in line with the market.

Programming diploma

What do you mean by Job Grade 10? And assuming this is for junior? Why can't you post the above from your site? Could you add a salary bracket?

I'm assuming the grade 10 is just a grouping and HR copy pasted it off some form.

I do not want to post the text here in case they change something.

I cannot add a salary bracket.

I don't know why the right hand side is black. Prob because I did not make it

Ask HR to post a scale with the Job Grade 10 because it doesn't say much about the difficulty.

You don't really have the luxury of asking for this. Even for junior developers , the demand for good people is high and you are one company in many that need this kind of candidate.

The candidates you want are not going to go to the effort of submitting a CV , then go to an interview only to find that your salary expectations are too different to consider. When other companies are making it easy for them by providing a salary band up front , you go to the back of the queue.

And the queue is long. Don't get stuck with no-one or someone you don't want. Remove these barriers.

Most companies have crappy websites, IT companies even. And when you ask why they always say "We are too busy running the business to care about the website".

I'm thinking of applying for this but ya a salary range would be useful.

Because I write down the company name etc.
Still studying for another year, knowing what the job grade means would be important for any future positions you'd offer.
