Apart from product sales/distribution/support and running a certified industrial network training centre, we develop our own enterprise software product which has a growing embedded hardware aspect.
We currently consist of 13 employees, of which 6 are primarily dedicated to development in a flexible, small business environment.
Our software provides real-time industrial data communications solutions which involves various aspects, including:
• Real-time data communications/events using various industrial data protocols and technologies
• Management of real-time data components
• Storage/retrieval of real-time data
• Remote monitoring of real-time systems
As a small company, we are looking to grow our development team with developers that, most importantly, are enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate about development and building solutions within our C#/.net-based software framework.
Requirements:
• BSc qualification and/or relevant engineering/IT subject background is a general requirement.
• Experience in C# software development. If you are a student that loves development and has no official professional experience but has relevant qualifications and demonstrative ability, we would still like to hear from you.
• Experience with technologies such as SQL/WCF/HTML5/C++ or embedded development are advantageous.
• Experience with industrial data communications systems or industrial IT systems would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
Salary (as a general indication, cost-to-company, excluding any bonus):
• R250-R320k for Junior applicants (generally less than 3 years’ experience)
• R420-R650k for Senior applicants (generally more than 5 years’ experience)
