I have recently finished my Degree with Heriot-Watt and over sea's based Uni, the Degree is a BSc, with this degree I took Java over C#, thinking it would be a good idea - Yes laugh I have learned from my mistakes.
Even more so I did my language in my degree in my first year and I am far out of practice.

I am stuck in a testing position in an web development company with little exposure to code.
Now I do have a plan towards either Honours/MSCE qualifications in my future, but right now I need to get out of a rut,

I don't have enough coding experience for a Junior Dev Job and thats where I would like to head.

What I am really asking here is for an idea of where in Durban I can do a part time course that is recognized for C#. Hopefully not too expensive. Everywhere I have looked only offer it as part of a diploma or full time.

I'd really appreciate any input!

I would go for online courses like Lynda or Pluralsight more especially that pluralsight allows you to post exams on your linked in profile, which might give you a good exposure to employers while you have a huge selection of courses at an affordable rate.

Hons is not the same as a MSCD. MSCD is comprised of smaller courses so maybe start with the basic C# course.

Buy a how-to book on coding in the desired language and go searching for YouTube tutorial videos. I learnt the basics of HTML5 and CSS within a few weeks that has now springboarded me into PHP which is next.

Finding a job after getting BSc in IT is the hardest part.
