I recently installed a C-Track unit in my vehicle. According to C-Track the unit is working and updating on their side as it is supposed to, but when I phone/sms the unit it does not respond back.
According to C-Track it is a technical issue on their side with the NX40 units.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there really a problem on their side?
