C230 w203 coupe advice

Hi.

So my wife has her heart set on getting one in the next month or two.

I have read up about the shaft issues facing the 2006-2007 v6 models.

I wanted to know which year model or engine model is best, supercharged or v6?

I have also read up on the transmission issue.

Any advice or feedback from owners would be appreciated.

I had the 2006 C200 Kompressor, and had issues with the transmission.
It cost me a fortune, and the agents never got the problems resolved.
MB of course denied their ever being an issue, as it is a Mercedes Benz, and their cars don't give problems.

I ended up trading the car in for the 2010 C350 CDI, which I had until last year.
That was one of the best cars I have ever owned.
