C902 CellC GPRS/EDGE problems

Here is my Problem.

I have a SE C902 Vodafone.

I have all the CellC Settings ie.
Connectivity>Internet Settings>Connect Using> WAP GPRS
<APN internet>
<Auth PAP>
<Proxy On, Multiple>
All other options are blank.

I cannot access browser - no connection - no response
I cannot access internet via Opera Mini - no connection - connection timeout response
I cannot download a non vodafone opera mini as I dont have browser access.
I cannot send or recieve mms...

PLEASE HELP ME

I am going to go insane.

All i can do is access Mxit for free,

I cannot get any web access - I THRIVE ON GOOGLE - AND MY EMAIL!!!!!

Please please can someone help me before I go insane.

My gps & mms settings settings wont come through the 147 number (they say enter the the password when you receive the settings but settings dont come through). So I phoned cell c and asked them to send it but when I did receive it it wont save How on earth do I get the settings saved. it worked for my old mtn sim card.

Maybe try this

• Select More >New Account>Data
• Account Name: WAP GPRS
• Address: internet
• Click on More > Proxy
• Select Use Proxy Server
• Proxy Server Address: 196.31.116. 250
• Proxy Server Port:8080
