I hope some else who's familiar with Computer Associates can help with these two problems.
1) I am unable to upload files to my Rapidshare account, and I suspect it has to do with my firewall settings. I don't want to tamper with the firewall without knowing what I'm doing in case I leave my PC vulnerable, but at the same time I need to be able to upload files to Rapidshare. Any advice?
2) Whenever I download .rar and .zip files, Computer Associates somehow replaces the extension with .efw (whatever that is). I can get around this problem by just rename the file extension once the download is done, but is there a way to preven CA from changing it to begin with?
PS, this internet security is awesome, and I'm reluctant to change over to another one.
