Cabbage Soup

Actually, cabbage soup is pretty good, although I've taken to calling it farty soup.

Apart from continuous farting, the smell that accompanies them is fatal!

Maybe if you peeps did not consume an entire litre of soup in one go, you would not have these problems

I'll quickly find the ones i used.
I use spinach instead of the cabbage and liquidate it. I do not like soup it's for sick people without teeth but this was lekker, i hate the chunky stuff.

I also make the soup with spinach instead of cabbage it has lots more nutrients and nor lots more cal's. but cabbage is good to put probiflora back into the tummy.
