Any one know who or what they are installing down cape road? they were digging up the pavement right outside Houdini Locksmiths, and they were outside McDonalds just last week... to me it does not look like water pipes

I know that telkom has been laying a lot of fiber in and around pe.. I the have outsourced it to bongani Telecom. So if there are bongani telecom boards its telkom..

they have recently laid a cable along the side of the road from cape town to tableview as well. but doesnt all neotels cables run along powerlines and train tracks?
