I've got 3 x Ethernet cables I want to run across the front of the room. They're hidden aside from a 30cm gap

Do you get empty material sheath like the below that I can put them in, as opposed to simply bunching them?

I normally use spiral cable management systems, esp for 30cm would be waaaay easier to problem solve than a sleeve.

Yea - that was a wall back. It's in the lounge, and I've just got new (well, old pallets) furntiure and want to try make it look a little better than it did.
