Cable Theft/Box Theft?

Cable theft would seem the old way of doing things. Now the DB Boxes are in fashion.

The strange this is this. On my way to Rectron now and then this last month I noticed this box. The pillaged it. Fine. However recently they must have come back because before the box sat flush on the cement base. Now its ripped off and the cables underneath were also taken.

Cable thieves, argghhh! A friend had their Eskom cables stolen the other day, so frustrating!

Blatent stupidity if you ask me. I wonder if they realise what they doing, these thieves and how it affects the lives of others. They clearly don't understand the concept of a knock-on-effect.
