Do you think there's a need for converts, adapters and special cables for audio & home theater?

Seems I can get decent pricing on them ... pretty much converting everything to everything else ; splitting just about any signal and extending just about anything?

Or are converters/adapters becoming less and less of an issue?

theres a need.
especialy if you have an hdmi converter/ extender cheap, those expensive

Thanks.

It's this .... http://www.lindy.co.uk/

I still need to work out what the pricing would be like in South Africa - and the quality as well.

But as you can see, there are a number of goodies, cables and converters.

You will need to price yourself against hdcabling.co.za since they're pretty decently priced.

I'll check the site - do they sell all the converters too?
Or simply cables?

Oh - I see they do all that

It it is cheaper - but it seems they don't have brand or anything?

I'll need to see the Lindy quality, but I'm sure it's a fair amount better. I know some people won't care, but maybe there are others that will.

Is shipping included?

To be honest, converters are not selling fast, so don't order big quantities. HDMi extenders and splitters are what is selling and a matrix here and there...

A company called Linkqage does a few Lindy products. Check out their pricing, because you would need to match if you want business from the trade.

Oh yes... HDMi selectors move too. Don't get HDMi to component converters. They don't work, unless you strip the HDCP.
