calendar sync?

How on earth do i sync my phones calendar with my g mail calendar?

I want the entries that i make on my phone to show up on my g mail calendar.

I use Synker to manually sync items, I says in the status bar that 'calendar' in synching, but when i go to the g mail calendar on my pc, none of the entries appears. Or am i mis understanding how this works?

It should, by default, be sync'd. Just make sure your calendar app is making use of the calendar called "[email protected]" rather than just plain old "My Calendar" or something generic like that.

If for whatever reason the Sony calendar software doesn't allow you to do that (which I doubt, but I've never used a Sony Android device), download Business Calendar Free (it has awesome widgets too)

I'm using Emoze on my old E63 and it syncs with Gmail + calendar + contacts instantly when connected to the internet. It is available as free app for Android as well.

I only have GPRS and mainly use my phone but, when I am in luck with a good GSM signal, I connect my PC's mail/PIM Thunderbird + Lightning and my Google Calendar tab syncs fairly well.

If you have adsl or at least 3G, your sync will be just instant.

Settings > Accounts and Sync > Google > Calendar (ticked)

Is Sync active (globally)?
