Hi Guys.
Ive looked and looked but I cant seem to get this right.

If I add something in my Outlook Calendar, how would it then sync to my phone. Do I have to sync it everyday or is there a way it just syncs its self? My E-mails etc are all working perfectly on our exchange but I just cannot get the calendar to work. I can see it in the calendar options as an orange colour but thats it.

Its a Torch.

I use Google Sync on PC and BB. Automatically syncs between pc and google, and google and bb. Works in every direction.

On BES, it should sync automatically. Under options for the calendar, make sure wireless sync is on.

I just use BIS we dont have BES setup on the network as far as I know.

Thats not an option with BIS, you will need a 3rd party app to do that, i personally stopped using outlook and switched completely over to gmail. Much nicer.
There is an app that can sync between outlook and google, and then google to bb but it does not work with @gmail.com accounts, only works with thier google apps accounts, there you can use your own domain name with all the benefits of google.

Unsure about torch, bis and bes...

I have a HTC with Windows Mobile. The calendar sinc is automatic when I sync my phone. Just remember that the sinc only sinc the primary calendar on the exchange server. Sub calendars are not synced. Same goes for contacts.
