Hey guys.

I am looking for a program that can sync calanders to my iPhone and iPad, but through Windows 10.

I need this to be done in realtime, and not with the hassle of hooking up the device to the laptop. I am on the road most of the day, and should I need to add an appointment, once I add it on my iPhone, it will be available on my laptop as well.

Outlook requires one to tether their device, but even then, should something happen during the day, it wont be updated over the devices until I hook it to the laptop again.

Any apps, or programs that you use?

Rather Use Outlook.com address (free) and let it sync between apps and Outlook via Active sync or full Exchange functionality with an Office365 mailbox

Use Outlook through Exchange, the rest are gmail or iCloud, so this has never been an issue.

You using Outlook on Windows? Or some other Calendar app? And what do you have on your devices?

I don't have exchange.

I use Outlook on Windows, not App, but actual 2013. Have it on my iPhone and iPad as well. However, I need to connect them to the laptop (Win 10) for it to sync.

Emclient, done.

Also does tasks and contacts, if you need that.

Try using Akruto for syncing calendars between your iPhone and iPad through Outlook.
It works via Wi-Fi and over the Internet (via secured DNS service). Syncnig is automatic and allows adding new calendar events to Outlook calendar from your iPhone. Check out the official website to see how it works with iOS: http://www.akruto.com/sync-iphone-with-outlook/

I have Office 365 and everything syncs to everything else without issue. Add a contact, appointment or doc on the desktop and it's immediately synced and available on phone, tablet, notebook, or from any browser. Ditto for phone, tablet and notebook additions and edits, though in my case they're Windows devices, not iThingies.
