Call answering

Hi. My small business make use of a vodacom number. Is there any way how one can make use of a call answering service on a cellphone? Something that will answer the call and say.... Thank you for calling..... Please note that all calls are recorded bla bla bla and then only rings?

I found a SA company that offers cloud based pbx and its only R65 per month. It works perfectly well. The called NoPBX. Excellent service.
