None of the numbers I have are working. Not 041 395 2222 or 011 289 2222

Cant believe such a huge company does not have a working phone.

Yea got the same response from the 011 number ........... after redialing 27 times I finally got a ringtone

After another 43 mins I managed to speak to a human ..........

After 1 min speaking with the human I concluded that my R740.00 per months as a customer does not mean a thing to the company.

Therefore I am walking away from Monochoice after 24yrs ...........

I feel FREE ...........:)

There is only one call centre, which is in Randburg, so doesn't matter which number you call, they all get directed to Randburg

Me too - since Monday you can't phone any of their numbers. I've tried my Telkom phone, MTN and Vodacom. I eventually got through to the Durban number - tried all of them and probably just got lucky. I'm shocked to hear that it's Friday now, and it's still not working...

No point phoning them in any case...

"Have you switched it off and on?"
"Have you reset it?"
"Have you swapped the cables?"
"Bring it in."
