*sigh* I've complained about the service for aaaagggggeeeees & still nothing has changed.

I wake up this morning, dial 111 and wait ... and wait ... and wait. My battery didn't start with a huge amount of charge & I had to recharge.

Clearly Vodacom are not interested in hiring staff & reducing this way to about 20 minutes. Why not just close the call centre down totally & spend the money on a decent Vodacom4me site that doesn't always state 'service unavailable'?

i suggest you log a call about the wait time
 
I'm looking at a data bundle to add to my new contract - not ad hoc though. I'm also hoping management see this and realise something should probably be done.
 
Your query then is data related so you do not need to dial 111
155 can activate the adhoc bundle for you besides the wait time is the best...
