Call issue

Hi guys. I'm experiencing a weird issue. I'm able to make calls but unable to receive calls. I called customer care, they did a sim refresh but problem still exists. They claim nothing is wrong on their side.

Any solutions available for this?

maybe try a sim swap or another device to test. could be your device

Another friend of mine is on MTN as has this problem sometimes.. tried calling him when we were both in office and went straight to voicemail, both phones with max reception. tried a few more times, eventually able to get through. we think its his device, modem maybe be damaged or software issue on the device

How old is the device? I think its software related.

My wifes P7 had the same problem. You could hold it in your hand and phone it from another phone. It would ring but the P7 would not show anything.

I flashed a new rom and the problem went away.

Thanks guys. The issue seems to have resolved on its own. Haven't had a problem since that night.
