Call latency

So was speaking on the phone and I'm calling from Grahamstown to Joburg on Vodacom-Vodacom.

It feels like an international call with the delay. Me answering before they ask the next thing...

If this continues I am porting to Cell C after a long struggle with Vodacom here in Grahamstown as well as data prices and connectivity
