call ring twice

hi guys,
Hopefully someone can help my.
For the past 2 weeks i have been getting about 4 to 5 call evey hour from this number 0798041419. It rings twice or once and then stops.
If i try to call back it will ring constantly,or it says this number does not exist.
Any ideas?

Are you phoning it back with caller ID off?

yes i did,i also phoned from another phone,and now the same is happening to that number.

Just add it to your phone's banned list and forget about it.

I would guess someone has programmed in an incorrect cell number i.e. yours, into one of these tracking/intruder/MMI units by mistake, and of course it is not designed to accept incoming calls itself.
