Callcentre: "I'll call you back..."

Who here actually received a call back from the call centre after you asked something.

About 3 times now I called them, and everytime Ettiene will tell me he'll call me back as soon as he has news for me.

Rather tell me to phone back later than making promises you can't keep...
 
not once...ever.
If the person says "We'll contact you", I now just say I'll call back myself.
(which doesn't help much 'cause most of the time they loose/delete/never heard of whatever the issue was)

I have received some feedback on incidents occurring with Sentech/MyWireless!

I may note that they weren’t the most constructive feedback I every received, but feedback none the less.

Bees, what was your incident all about? Mail? Latency? . . . unless there is another problem again that i'm not aware of!

My experience with Sentech is that they never call you back unless you speak to their manager who MAKES them call you back.
 
Hi,

To what callcentre did yo complain for there are different callcentres for the different Value Added Partners.

I have called NoWire for i am a NoWire customer. Sentech is really slow when it comes to response upon a incident.

Never the less, NoWire did come back to me great haste.

I had the same problems with the Sentech callcentre! :confused:
I have also left a message for them to call me back, and it has been more than a week with no response...

I guess we get nothing but bad service in this country...
