calling all 5gig openweb saix account users HELP !!!

Hey i was just wondering

i am checking my stats page on www.openwebadsl.co.za on a daily basis
and i keep seeing 2 adsl ports listed under my account name stats ###@openwebdsl.co.za e.g Port I.d
shouldnt there be my adsl port listed there all the time ?
i look at my friends stat which has the same 5 gig account and he always has only one adsl port listed all the time
it worries me because i supposed to be the only person using the account i paid for
any views ? same experiences ?
is it the way sainet/openweb monitors each clients bandwidth ?

Dunno if it could be. but i once had a problem where my router did a connection. and it showed up as 2 or 3 connections. (usually happens, if u dialed in , and it disconnected or didn't connect properly. so it does a second dail almost a millisecond or 2 after the 1st dail) So it shows up as 2.

Whenever this happens. I simply switch my router off, waited 20seconds. and turn it back on. *usually fixes the problem*

This could maybe be the issue on your side, but it could also be someone else on your account.

Does your router do the dialing?? or do you have two or more pc's dialing in manually?? *each connect will show up on that stats. Even if its from the same router*

I can only confirm that I there is only one adsl port i.d. showing up on my Openweb 5gb account.

I have had a similar thing in the past with an IS account from a different ISP where only two connections are active (I'm sure of that) and in my usage stats it shows up that there are 3 live connections. It doesn't stay there for too long and there's basically no usage on the third rouge "connection" it's just there

I don't know what casued it, I use RASPPPoE to create connections...
