i got the new BB 9300. had a BB 8900 on BES. Did the whole handset swap via the desktop manager. Now to Synchronise the phone. Its on 79% for the past 3 hours now, is this normal?
In enterprise activation have you looked where the hold up is? I've seen a few activations take forever when the call log retention is set too far back and the user makes and takes a lot of calls.
