Calling all Wordpress Gurus - consulting opportunity

Looking for a consultant to do Wordpress dev - not basic Wordpress, but more advanced stuff - mostly BB Press / Buddypress / Wordpress core stuff. We want a community driven portal where users can join various 'communities' which comprise forums / file repositories / video libraries, etc.

We'd also like to integrate our Amazon S3 account and have uploads go there directly and have users authenticate using their LinkedIn accounts.
