Calling anyone from Telkom!

Hi

If there is anyone from Telkom reading this forum please reply. I really don't know what to do anymore.

I've been told so many things regarding my ADSL application. The exchange is the problem. Then the problem is with my distribution. Then there isn't a problem. Then it's the exchange again. Now they said I'll get ADSL 30 December 2007 (who will be working that day?) if I'm lucky.

I then tried the WiMAX route. Back anf forth between 10219, 10217, 0800 375 374 and T-Zone. I was told that I had coverage in my area. I then phoned again and was told that they were busy testing. Today I phoned and was told that there isn't coverage. I bet you if I phone tomorrow they'll tell me that there is coverage.

I really don't know what to do anymore. Please, if there's anyone out there working for Telkom or someone that can perhaps refer me to someone or to a specific part in these forums, I will greatly appreciate it.

Good luck man. I know its so frustrating,been there and got the T-Shirt. Should be the easiest thing in the world trying to BUY a companie's product yet they make you feel like they are not interested in your patronage.

Heh,... i've even been told im lucky to get it the end of the year? i mean, who says that to their customers? hahaha
