Great so for us guys in JHB who want to call WBS in JHB to find out about our connection need to call CT to do it :/

So then call 877 4700, switchboard number. all that the 086 numbers do is relay to a normal telephone number. Perhaps WBS would be kind enough to tell people what number it routes to and you could call that instead of going through the switchboard.

I think the trunk is 0118774704, I have asked for it before but they were not to keen to provide it.

I use the 8774700 number, I think Thato called me back on it awhile back, so I've been using that, sure as hell not going to give telkom anymore money than they need.

WBS found a solution to their problems....they put a call centre in that works...the onlything now is that before u used to wait minutes before any one answered, but only got charged for teh call when answered. Now it gets to automated voice prompts immediately, they u hold on and on and on and on and pay and pay and pay telkom....
