I doubt it's free. They'll charge you for anything they can. I bet 10 ronds that it'll end with the call recommending you to buy a new whatever it is

:p

In RL I have no idea.

The support is fantastic. The calls seem to route to the U.S., as I've spoken to American consultants.

I mention this because it seems to be genuine Apple Support, and not anything to do with Core?

Now if only we could have Apple Stores in South Africa.

Do you think *one day* we will?

Probably not, but our chances can only be getting better as more people convert to Apple.

"Convert to Apple" sounds like you have to now abandon your current platform of choice and move over to Apple completely. That way of thinking about Apple products is probably why there's some much resistance to it.

Apple products integrate perfectly fine into Windows and Linux/Android based systems. Meaning that you can have a Macbook and still use an Android phone or have an iPad and still work on a Windows laptop.

Ideally, people should cherry pick what works best for them and focus on getting things done and not why their platform of choice is better than someone else's.

No you don't have to abandon all platforms. But people who appreciate making their lives easier (and are prepared to pay for it), they should consider it.

I can't help that people keep converting, I'm simply saying it how it is.
