Camera bag

Ok, so have just invested in my first "grown-up" camera, a Nikon D3000.


Now I need a bag for it.

Any suggestions/recommendations/ places where it is availabile over a weekend?

It does look like a cool bag although I don't have nearly all that equipment (yet)

Know which SA retailers sell it? Google only gives me the importers website which doesn't list retailers

That's gotta be one of the biggest pipes I've ever seen! You must need at least 10 bankies to stoke that baby.

Should definately "upgrade" the creative factor.

I've yet to come across anything else that is so readily available that cleans my lenses as well.

Now I need a bag for it.

I have a LowePro Rezo TLZ-20 (I think - looks about like that) which I bought when I had the Pentax K100D Super, which is about the size of your cam. I still have, it, the 50D fits into it - tight fit though.

I also have a LowePro Topload Zoom-2 which fits the 50D comfortably and can accommodate a longer lens. With either the 18-200mm IS or 24-105L, I have enough space at the bottom to fit my 10-20mm or the 50mm f/1.8, and it has a pouch for my knick-knacks, so that's the one I use most.

I've yet to come across anything else that is so readily available that cleans my lenses as well.

As long as you avoid the sticky side

Good tip. I think I will go out and get some on Monday. Shops are all closed here on Sundays.
