I received a mail from MBB inviting me to share my issues. I have tried to capture them quickly and concisely

Our problem stems from ongoing faults with a very old exchange that is constantly congested.

Personally we have always had issues with our ADSL it is completely random and basically due to a flooded exchange, we had our line replaced by telkom and we even got a new modem to eliminate the possibility of the issue being on our side.

Currently we are in our last month of using openweb, a company i really liked using but the services did not work well in our area, and we are going to switch to afrihost mostly because they have an IPC close by.

I ran this tracert now when the internet is behaving.

the data rate and max rate look a bit fictitious.

I hope I have provided enough data, anyone else in my area is invited to post here as well please. And if you work for telkom I would be especially glad to have a chat about why I'm paying for a 10 meg line and getting 4.
