Weird Question I know, tried google but couldn't find any answers.
Basically we have a service road outside our complex, and I am concerned that it might be reopened as there is a new crawford school opening on the same stretch of road.
Can/may they do this? Do they need to go through local process to make sure everyone okay with the road?
