I applied for a phone line on 18 October 2010. First they used the wrong address. It was escalated 3 times to be corrected, and never was. On the 11th of November, I was told to cancel the old order and submit a new order. This was done, and once again, the incorrect address was allocated. On the 11th of November they once again cancelled it, and put in a new order with the correct address. Now, telkom tells me the address is not on the database and needs to be escalated to some department.
I don't know how I am supposed to get them to install a telephone line for me?
