Can anyone log in to mtn active?

I firstly changed my pin to one that i would share with mtn, I also posted on hellopeter.com and got an immediate response from Richard the next mornig with a followup from another chap an hour later. This second guy was very sympathetic at my annoyance at being charged for calls to 1761, which he says has been reversed for all users. I also complained at being requested for my pin, as it goes against all security best practices - he said he'd look into this issue.

When I called 1761 a few minutes ago I was once again requested for my pin, so they haven't done anything about that yet. As the site is currently down I cannot verify as to whether my account is correct or not.

As far as the site goes - it is the most user unfriendly site I have had to contend with other than grade 2 school sites. Try and find your unbilled details!
 
dont be suprised to find that your call charges to 1761 are still there ,
 
i dont think the site has anything to do with the billing sytem , their service is just poor , time MTN subscribers stand united together and refuse to pay their accounts until thier level of service is improved
 
I think that theirnew system has problems, hence the site being offline. It is supposed to be showing the december invoices and I strongly suspect that their billing system has fallen over.

Maybe the 1761 fix fixed it better than they expected :D
 
well MTN ACTIVE is online again , and YES the CALL CHARGES FOR CALLING 1761
IS STILL THERE , :mad: :mad: :mad:
