Can anyone recommend a good isp for pure dsl

I am battling to get an adsl etc installed , where I stay is a hostel , and even tho I send sattelite maps and street view maps seeing as its a hostel and room next to me already has a line guy in front of me in a flat has adsl etc , seems axxess and afrihost can not or are not willing to do the trouble and send openserve just to a gate to get guard to call me for line installation or even just extend the line from room next door .

Hello , we only have adsl here and lte no fibre or I would have gone that route I am using rain at moment but at about 5 pm till midnight it is basically useless and I want to improve my ping for online games as well and I know adsl is better at least than lte for that

In recent years LTE has gotten better especially with pings, it all depends on your tower and how congested it is.

I recommend Afrihost Fixed LTE or MTN Uncapped LTE.

Get an MTN sim, load data and test.

With a decent Huawei router of course.
