As a matter of interest we looked at Help Desk options and reviewed:
OTRS, Bugtracker and OneorZero.
We are installing OTRS.
Does anyone here know how to customise the format of the PDF Ticket output??
I tried OTRS but I really didnt like it, was pretty confusing for the users.
Are you using all of the features?
The customization is how the guys make their money really so they will quite willingly do it for you but its not super cheap I dont think
Otherwise if you know of a good PHP guy then they can also do it.
