Can anyone work on a Avaya switchboard?

Hi,

Can anyone here, in the Alberton / JHB area work on an Avaya Switchboard?

We need to "move some extensions", and map an trunk to certain phones in one of our offices, and I'had no luck in getting the Avaya guys to come out and do it for us.

If you can do this, please let me know ASAP.

uhm..... it's a grey's ish 2U rackmount PABX, if that helps? I don't see any blue or reg colors on it, but it say G350 on the front.
