Then call your isp. They have an account with Vuma, not you.

I did and they sorted out the problem ( no internet )

hi, it's nigh impossible to deal direct with Vuma, they hide behind the ISP. If your ISP has a presence on these forums, it's best to try reach out to them here with your ticket number, and try get them to put pressure on Vuma to resolve your issue.
I know the frustration, Vuma is the horrible, I would rather use Openserve if I had the choice.
