Can I determine if I'm being Throttled?

Hi all

Is there a way for me to figure out if I'm being throttled.

Have a 10Mbps line, been running nice and stable last weekend at 10Mbps, but this week and especially since Friday been stuck on a constant 2Mbps.

I DEFINITELY have not excuse or over used my cap, so no chance they can pull a fair use policy.

problem, at the moment it does not seem as if they shaping torrents, my entire line has been stuck at 2Mbps since Friday.

Do you have a freebie account from another ISP? Use it to run some tests as well.

You have a capped account therefore will not be subjected to throttling.
