Is it possible to drive a scooter if I have a code 10 licence? Or do I need a Code A1 licence?

Thanks in advance, and apologies for a relatively stupid question.

The only license that enables you to ride/drive something other than what is on the license is if you get a big bike license. That allows you to ride all sizes of bike including a bike below 100cc even though there is a separate small bike license. Don't confuse them though, you can't ride a big bike on a small bike license.

First, that's 125cc

Second, if you have a code 10 you can drive a code 8 vehicle

How the hell did you think a license for a completely different kind of vehicle would enable you to ride another?

The answer is right there in the way they are operate. One is ridden, the other is driven.

Guys, I've been driving a light motor vehicle for over 15 years, had two incidents only. You guys reckon they'll let me fly a light aircraft? I don't want to do anything crazy - just Harties and back :)
