Can I flash E220 with MTN software?

Are you referring to this page?
I think what they have labeled 'driver' is actually the dashboard software.
The E220 version of the dashboard software 'flashes' itself to the E220 and is then available to install from the E220's virtual CD-ROM device, but does not contain a firmware update.
The item labeled 'E220 Data Card Vista Driver' contains both the dashboard software and a firmware update and works fine with Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

I wouldn't waste my time with the MTN software though, go directly to Huawei's E220 downloads page and download the file E220-UTPSB002D03SP04C03 (Normal), this is the new Mobile Partner software, it is great.

This is what I am using, some excellent software that! All the hiccups with the previous VC software disappeared and as an added bonus I now had access to the SMS function of the E220!
