Can I get a replacement splitter?

I need one of those telkom splitter boxes (I think thats what it's called), those rectangular grey boxes with the telkom logo imprinted on it. You plug your modem into the 1 port and your filter for the phone into the other one.

Can you get these from a telkom shop or does a technician have to come out and give you one/install one?

Just for clarity do you mean the actual DSL filter or just a plain 2 way splitter? The filters you can buy at Telkom and a splitter at game or somewhere.

no not the filter. the actual splitter that telkom plugs your line into.

It's for my boss, and I've told him he can just get a normal splitter but he insists that he needs one of those telkom splitter boxes.

Anyway, I managed to get hold of telkom support this morning (after about 25min) and they said I can buy one from a Telkom Shop.

I bought a splitter from incredible corruption for R13. They also had a three way splitter for about R17.
